We’ll start with mobility exercises to improve flexibility, keep your joints healthy, and help reduce the risk of injuries during physical activity.

Strength & Conditioning
A full-body workout to build strength, improve endurance, increase muscle tone, boost metabolism, and support healthy fat loss.

Team Challenge & Fun Races
A fun, high-energy team section with races and challenges. Expect teamwork, friendly competition, and lots of laughs!

Cool Down & Recovery
We’ll finish with a light cool down to bring the heart rate down, relax the body, and support recovery and flexibility.
